How
Do I Change My Zip Codes & Shipping Prices?

Shipping
prices are for those orders that can not be hand delivered
or pricked up. Your Zip Codes are those zip codes that
you deliver to.

Go into the
E-Commerce Station. |

Go to Utility. |
|
|
|
3. |
Choose Operational Control
Record |
|
|
|
4. |
Choose the Shipping Tab. |
|
|
|
5. |
The first thing you see is
GRND = Ground Shipping and a default price of $20.
If this needs to change you can change the price by
putting your curser into the amount field and changing
it. Then click onto another field. |

To change a zip code or
price you do the same thing. |

To Add a shipping scroll
down to the last row. |

Put in the Shipping code,
the shipping information and the price. |

Then scroll to the right and
put in a W for Shipping and a N for local |

You'll see a blank line will
appear under the one you are adding. When you've
finished adding a shipping price, then click on the new
blank line. |

For Zip Codes scroll down to
the very bottom of the zip code section. |

Put your curser in the blank
line. |
|

Put a Zip Code in the first
blank. |
|
14. |
Put a Y in the Local Flag
field |
|
15. |
Put in a dollar amount for
pick up |
|
16. |
Put in the delivery price. |
|
|
|
17. |
Then click on the blank line
below the one you are adding. |

To save everything click on
the yellow door at the top and that will save your
additions and deletions |
